Breg® Polar Care Replacement Power Supply

Horrible Customer Service

After power cord was ordered, I found the original power cord. Customer Service refused to authorize return, even though the power cord was never removed from the box.

Hi Fred, Thank you for your review. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding. After reviewing our records, we confirmed that we responded to your email and authorized the return of the unopened power cord for a refund. We did not refuse the return. If you still have the item or need any additional assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Perfect fit

Couldn't live without it!

I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago and received this when discharged from the hospital. It's the best thing I could have gotten and still use on occasion for knees. ! I'll now give it to my daughter who has injured her shoulder.

Great buy

Received the power cord in a timely manner and it works wonderfully.
