Warranty Claim

Thanks — your warranty claim was sent. Please email photos of the issue to cc@coldtherapy.us with your order number. We'll be in touch by email.

Cold therapy machines carry a 6-month warranty from the purchase date, handled per the manufacturer's warranty. Tell us what's happening and we'll file the claim for you.

1. We review your claim and photos.
2. If it qualifies, we file the claim with the manufacturer and email you an RA# and instructions.
3. Don't send anything back without an RA#.

We may limit repeat claims for damage from misuse, abuse or maintenance that doesn't follow the manufacturer's instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy.
