Order cutoff

Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) ET, Mon–Fri, ship the same business day; orders after noon or on weekends ship the next business day. For example, an order placed Friday at 4:35 PM ET ships on Monday.

Free shipping

Free US shipping on orders $80+. Other shipping rates are shown at checkout.

UPS

• Delivery times are UPS estimates and aren’t guaranteed, including Next-Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select.
• UPS Ground delivery times are estimates. UPS has up to 10 days to deliver a package.
• UPS picks up on business days only (Monday–Friday).
• Saturday delivery is available if you call us to arrange it.

USPS (Post Office)

• Free shipping goes by First-Class Mail with tracking, usually 3–10 days.

FedEx

• FedEx 2-day is available for accessory products.

Good to know

• If your order is urgent, choose Next Day shipping at checkout if it's offered, or contact us.
• We may upgrade your shipping service at no charge, as long as it's equal to or faster than the one you chose.
• Packages are considered lost 10 days after drop-off.

Returns

All sales are final, so we don’t accept returns. If your item arrives defective, it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (6 months from the date of purchase). Contact us and we’ll help you start a claim.
