We cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped unless defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is 6 months from the date of purchase.
After power cord was ordered, I found the original power cord. Customer Service refused to authorize return, even though the power cord was never removed from the box.

Couldn't live without it!
