The Aircast® Cryo Cuff IC (intermittent compression) Ice Machine system has been trusted for more than 15 years. You can rely on Aircast to bring you a quality cold system that has stood the test of time.
The Cryo/Cuff IC motorized version automates cold and compression for maximum flexibility in your comfort. The Cryo Cuff features an integrated pneumatic pump within its lid which creates intermittent compression.
The Cryo/Cuff IC is simply designed and easy to use. Simply put ice and water in the top, secure the lid and plug it in. Our most popular products are the Aircast CryoCuff Knee, Shoulder, and Ankle.

Shipping said 5-8 days. On day 8 I had to get an app just to track shipping. Found out the label has been created. Not even shipped. Sad. Really wish I could ice my knee!!

Effective, but a bit cumbersome
Works pretty well, however, there is no on and off switch, so must be unplugged each time. Filling up the cuff by holding the app as high is also a bit awkward

Real Cold Therapy Comfort
Hey, to everyone who reads a review on a product, this one is the real deal! Just recently had a arthroscopic surgery on my ( L) knee, recommended by my doctor, best investment for anyone to make. The process and recovery of any surgery is always a challenge, the icing stage in the first few days are most critical. The Cold Therapy Aircast helped in my recovery stage from day one, is always a therapy when used.
Everyone, should own one, great for any athlete, or active person!
