The Polar Care Kodiak Cold Ice Machine is the most convenient and versatile offering in Breg's Polar Care line. Its easy-to-use, compact design makes it great for home use. With the addition of ice and water, you can enjoy 6-8 hours of effortless cold. 

Take Note: Proper use requires an insulation barrier between the pad and the skin. 

    Breg’s unique Intelli-Flo pads feature elastic straps that conveniently wrap around the body and affix to the pad, eliminating the need for foam or ace wraps.

    Great product

    I am very happy with this product. After total knee replacement, it has been a godsend in keeping the surgery site iced. I now mostly use it at night, which allows for continuous icing as I sleep. The motor is super quiet. I also ordered the ice bags to use, rather than always having to buy bags of ice at the store, and those work well (freeze them early before use as they take a while to completely freeze given their bulkiness). Two words of caution: the sponge filter in the cone on the hood which draws the water up into the tubes is very tiny and you need to be careful not to lose it while cleaning the unit; the wrap that goes around the leg either got plugged up or otherwise stopped working on a unit that was rented from a medical supply place, but in all fairness, who knows how long it had been in use. The wraps can be purchased separately if needed. Again, real happy and worth the investment in the Breg Polar Care Kodiak!

    Purchased the Breg Polar unit as part of our recovery for hip replacements. The unit was easy to set up, and very effective in administering continuous ice cold treatment.
    The unit was a bit pricy, however, we knew it would be used on different occasions. I would recommend Breg Polar Unit.
