Ice Ice Baby? Nice Nice Baby!

Wow, did this shoulder wrap and ice machine deliver! I've been wearing it intermittently during the day and every night since my rotator cuff surgery a week ago and I am SO happy with my recovery. The machine is far quieter than I would have guessed (think white noise machine on low) and the shoulder cuff covers the entire affected area. The 3 Velcro straps provide all the custom fitting you'd need. In between sleep position changes, I've been able to get quality sleep, which has greatly helped with healing.

LOVE THIS MACHINE

I ordered a knee replacement pad because I wore out the original I bought in 2021. The cold water distribution is good but I am disappointed in two changes. First the patella pad is gone. I found that useful for adherring the velcro. Now I have trouble sticking the velcro without rubbing my skin. Plus the pad is thinner and the outside plastic material is stiffer. It is less comfortable than the old one. I wish you would have left the design and material the same.

Regarding the changes you mentioned—the thinner pad, stiffer material, and removal of the patella pad—these were updates made by the manufacturer, DonJoy, and we don’t have control over design changes.
