Horrible Customer Service

After power cord was ordered, I found the original power cord. Customer Service refused to authorize return, even though the power cord was never removed from the box.

Perfect fit

Couldn't live without it!

I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago and received this when discharged from the hospital. It's the best thing I could have gotten and still use on occasion for knees. ! I'll now give it to my daughter who has injured her shoulder.
