You don’t have the Size listed tomOrder the Ankle Pad. I need the Intelli-Flow Ankle Pad - 12.75” x 18.5” - that works with the Breg Polar Care Cube unit.
Is this part number 10210?
It was the wrong pad and we were told we cannot return it because the package was opened (it was NEVER used). We are now out of a great deal of money. The pad we needed was for the Breg polar care cube. Extremely dissatisfied with the company for not exchanging it for the one we needed

Once a product is opened, we cannot guarantee its sterility and therefore cannot risk reselling it. We simply cannot—and will not—put another customer at risk of infection or harm.

Helped a lot after surgery .
I had 2 knee pads with a Breg Polar Ice Machine with a Y connector that I used for total knee replacements in 2022. Recently fractured my ankle & ordered the foot/ankle pad, I don't recall the knee pads producing as much condensation as I noticed on the ankle boot. Otherwise, I still love this for post of recovery for orthopedic surgery.
The simple machine brought amazing relief for post-surgical pain. I do recommend using either the small freezable cubes, the sealable bags that are included filled with water and frozen, or simply frozen small bottles of water. Otherwise, you are making multiple trips to the sink to empty water from melted ice as well as constantly having to be sure that your ice maker is keeping ahead of demand and making multiple trips to the freezer for ice. The hip pad took a bit of maneuvering as the straps are very long for me but I figured out placement of the Velcro and positioning of the straps for maximum comfort and flexibility.
